Murarrie Real Estate
Murarrie has many older style homes built in the post war period - weatherboard and chamferboard post war cottages in particular. Most of the new estates are made up of typically low set and high set brick and tile homes.
As the pictue to the left shows, Murarrie is located within close proximity to the city and still has considerable green space. There are also many light industrial areas which, like many other inner suburbs of Brisbane, will no doubt become trendy urban renewal areas in time.
The relatively new development is increasing the population and the median house prices of the suburb. Proximity to the Gateway Motorway makes the suburb convenient for accessing the main routes to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.
